为了保定市清苑区村镇建设需要，依照法律规定，拟转用你村位于村南侧（东至：良庙村，西至：良庙村，南至：土道，北至：良庙村）的土地，面积约0.5764公顷。依照城镇规划，开发用途为农村村民住宅用地。具体面积和地类以土地调查确认情况为准。

参照《河北省人民政府关于修订征地区片价的通知》（冀政发〔2015〕28号）规定，拟转用土地位于保定市清苑区第II区片，区片价标准为每公顷151.5万元。

安置途径为：无。

如果对上述土地权属、补偿标准有异议，请在5个工作日内向我局申请听证。
